The Mexican Cultural Center (MCC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1994 comprised of a Board of Director, staff and members dedicated to promoting Mexico and its rich heritage, history, people, cuisine, and traditions. As such, the MCC serves as a networking hub for individuals, businesses, and students interested in Mexican culture and commerce.
To further its mission, the MCC works closely with many institutions in the region to promote and educate the public on the arts and culture of Mexico.

The MCC celebrated and promoted Mexican culture through annual programs, including the Mexican Independence Day Festival, Day of the Dead, Mexican Week in Philadelphia, a Christmas Posada, and workshops for children.
Special events include lectures and exhibitions about Mexican history, culture, cuisine, and traditions. The MCC also hosts musical events featuring popular, opera, and folk music performed by Mexican singers and chamber orchestras, as well as dance performances by Azctec and Mexican folkloric ballet groups.
